How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Our delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been sent.
Can I send a gift box directly to someone?
Yes. Our boxes make perfect gifts for baptisms, graduations, encouragement, and other special moments. You can ship directly to the recipient during checkout.
Do you accept returns?
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we primarily ship within the United Kingdom. However, we are exploring international shipping options. If there is high demand from customers outside the UK, we will begin offering international shipping.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to assist you.
